STAGE I

One Hour Workshop

  • Why use referrals?
  • What mindsets hold us back?
  • Introducing the 7 steps
  • Who are the first three 'perfect' clients to ask?
  • Explain stage 2 of the program
STAGE II

30 min One-to-One coaching on the day of the genuine client meeting

Graham hears the particular client situation. Role plays on: how to use the 7 steps in the meeting; what language to use; and how to ensure success that the referral will be given

STAGE III

The follow up after your successful client meeting

Very shortly after the client meeting, a 5-minute coaching call to give any further advice to ensure the referral is really happening
